Next door to the Villa, conceived as a place to work collaboratively with clients and to provide an even greater breadth of products on display, the Bungalow does this with a distinct point of view. 

Designed in 1932 by Martin L. Hampton - a champion of Miami’s Art Deco vernacular, Stephan Weishaupt restored the building to its original glory, and then some. Here, clients and guests are invited to slow down and explore the world of Avenue Road in this uniquely Miami context. 

The Loft, three floors above the New York Showroom, is outfitted to fit expressively into the fabric of the city. A complete expression of our Total Concept approach, it is both timeless and progressive.  

Located on the 5th floor above NOMAD's flower district Avenue Road's New York Showroom offers respite from the frenetic pace below. 

A true representation of Avenue Road’s Total Concept, architectural products paired with ever-changing furnishings are artfully intertwined with Avenue Road founder, Stephan Weishaupt’s personal collections, gathered from the world over.

A place to meet and collaborate, Avenue Road’s Toronto Studio presents a comprehensive expression of Avenue Road’s Architectural Product offering in a refined, concise space, alongside the newest furniture pieces. 

Spanning almost a full city block in Vancouver’s Gastown, the interiors are comprised of a series of cloistered spaces revealing the comprehensive offering in vignettes, guiding visors through a sensory exploration, complimented by a Japanese-inspired floral studio of Kado Flowers hosted within.
